All partner organisations that are involved in the tour and its preparation met in february in Lima to discuss basic organisational and conceptional questions. Members of La Cinta Corta, Nomadas, Compa, TV Cultura, Globale Medienwerkstatt and Moviemiento spent 5 days together in the beautifull neighbourhood of Miraflores. The director of the Chilean Documentary Filmmakers Association was also invited to give a workshop for the organizational team on the matter of documentary fimmaking. Three members of DocuPeru visited  for one evening and information about our projects and organizations where exchanged. During the refreshing 5 days everybody could get to know each other better as well as make essential plans for the realization of CineCita. The regions which could be visited by CineCita where suggested by the local organisations and a rough itinerary was put together. A rough concept for organization of the workshops was developed and will be finalized by Globale Medienwerkstatt and COMPA. besides common strategies for Public Relations, the Call for Entries and financial aspects where discussed.
